Entry must be submitted by mail or homepage.
Each entrant can enter up to two haiku poems, and they must be in English.

Winners will be informed by mail at the beginning of November 2007.
Prizes will be awarded at the Kumamoto City Industry and Culture Center Hall on November 24, 2007.
We will send a magazine with all submitted haiku to applicants during the latter half of February 2008.
